Application of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to structure end-to-end workshop design and delivery

Curriculum and agenda design (full-day, 9–5)

Content design and development (leadership frameworks, activities, discussion prompts)

Workshop facilitation (in-person, large group)

Design and delivery of interactive activities and applied practice

Development of facilitator materials and session guides

Coordination with local stakeholders for delivery context

Knowledge transfer to internal leaders to support future workshop delivery

Background
G Adventures management in Bangkok requested a leadership workshop to address two key needs:

Strengthen leadership capability across the management team

Explain existing leadership training modules for an ESL audience
Problem Statement
Design and deliver a full-day leadership workshop covering core topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and psychological safety for an audience whose native language was Thai.
