2) Understand how to use AI prompts effectively

1) Apple Intelligence includes many features that require clear, step-by-step guidance

2) ​Staff need to understand how to write prompts to help them interact with generative AI tools productively

The learning solution will enable staff to:​​

1) Use Apple Intelligence features with ease and confidence 

2) Write effective prompts that produce the intended results

Design Intentions

  1. ​​Video 1 - Apple Intelligence
    Inspired by Steve Jobs’s iconic iPhone presentation, I cast our AI mascot as a stand-in for the Apple CEO to guide viewers through key features of Apple Intelligence. This approach increased user excitement and engagement by blending familiarity with innovative product demonstration.
     

  2. Video 2 - The 3Ps of Prompt Engineering 
    To simplify the often complex task of crafting effective AI prompts, I developed a straightforward framework called “The 3Ps of Prompt Engineering: Purpose, Parameters, Personas.” This model helps users approach generative AI with confidence and clarity, making prompt design more accessible.
